Sleeping In

I wanted to take pictures of the sweet mini peppers I’m having but cannot because I lost my camera.  My last recollection was my lunch time at work yesterday reviewing the pics.  They have not received it as lost and found.  Sigh.  I hope it’s hidden underneath my polo shirts in my locker.

Yesterday, my workout was strictly abdominal and not timed: 100 1-leg crunches>20 planks on elbows(alternating hand in front of you all through out workout)>>20 regular>>25 double crunch per side>>>20 planks on elbows>20 regular planks>>>>25 double crunch per side>>10 planks on elbows>>10 regular planks

I had a power protein sandwich: 1 protein pancake(no fruit), gr. turkey patty, and 2 egg whites.  2 hours later: salad with chicken.  Lunch was ruined because I didn’t close my fridge fully.  Unfortunate that I realized this after taking the spoiled food to work.  So I just had dessert which was the most scrumptious and delectable chocolate protein pancake I’ve ever had.  Picture on camera :^(

I know I mentioned sleeping in longer lately.  I can’t decide if it is my body saying we need to rest more or the weather.  I’m definitely appreciating the recent colder nights.    After all, it will be autumn/fall soon.  Still, I go to bed early (9:00PM-9:30PM) and refuse to wake up around my regular time(6AM).  Hmm.

This morning went on hike with Alfie, hiking buddy and her companion.  After completing one way, I performed 50 prisoner squats (alternating).  Before my shower, I completed another 50.  I had Mango Protein Shake without protein powder, traditional (egg whites and Greek yogurt).
